Student Travel Awards

A limited number of Student Travel Awards will be available to support students who require financial assistance to attend the conference.

Eligibility & Application

The award is open only to student authors whose papers have been selected.
Students seeking financial assistance should indicate their requirement while submitting the application, while registering for the conference.
A recommendation letter from the student’s advisor (with an approximate budget) & a brief justification explaining the need for travel support must also be uploaded.

Selection

Approximately 20 students will be selected for the Travel Awards by the Technical Committee. Selection will be based on:

The recommendation provided by the advisor
The quality of the submitted paper

The Travel Award is intended to help students who may otherwise face financial constraints in attending the conference. Submission of an application does not guarantee an award, and the final decision rests with the Technical Committee.
